A campaign created to celebrate one of L’Occitane’s most recognisable brand assets — its iconic yellow box— while shining a light on the people behind the brand.

The creative direction focused on warmth, optimism and authenticity, using yellow as a visual thread to connect the campaign with L’Occitane’s identity, energy and sense of community. By featuring real members of staff, the campaign brought a more human and personal expression to the brand, celebrating the people who help bring L’Occitane to life every day.

My role included art direction, location recommendations, casting, script development and creative guidance across the campaign. From shaping the visual approach to helping define the tone and storytelling, the aim was to create a campaign that felt confident, joyful and true to the spirit of the brand.
